A true emergency blip! After going out with Sammy and her friends on Thursday night around Plymouth, I was feeling terrible to put it mildly. Sammy's mum stocked me up with snacks in case I felt able to eat later, and I went off to WILD1 on Dartmoor. The bus journey was interesting, and I felt deathly cold, but by about 6pm I'd perked up enough to eat tea and then take part in the activities we did afterwards.
