Roger the Lodger

Well, having been stuck in work until 7.30 pm I thought I was going to fail on the 4th day, but Roger came to the rescue.

Roger was a stray cat and a pretty angry one too. He lived outside for years and slept under our car coming out for food and to spit at us occasionally.

One day he appeared covered in blood, looking very forlorn. With help from the Cat Protection he was captured, treated and neutered.

We were told that he could never be re-homed but we agreed to feed him as long as he continued to live near us.

Over the months his mood has changed and has spent this winter curled up in front of our fire. he's still a bit grumpy but he's well fed and warm!
