Wilhelm and the Birdies

This little cutie neighbour came over, quite grumpy I must tell you!! ;-) He has somewhat of a flu! But, although the baby birds were sleeping already, we opened the cage and showed him! Have you ever seen a cure for flu!!?? Hiehiehie!! He was totally in awe, kissed them and chattered louder than the little critters! What a joy to see little ones change, right there, in front of your eyes, from a grumpy dumpy to a cheerful little bundle of joy!! Adorable!!

Oh yes, by the way, the two 'babies' don't seem to be so keen on eating from the syringe anymore, we've started putting seeds in their cage a couple days ago, and today they seemed to nibble só much there, they were not much interested in their 'plastic mommy'! We will actually miss the 'nursing' a bit! ;-o
