two baby swans born 4 more eggs to go

Today I went to see if the swans had hatched and WOW, YES.
I watched for a while and finally Momma got off the eggs and there are 2 babies. The "teenagers" (born in January 2011) seen here April 11, immediately waddled up and pecked at the new babies, (that one in the picture is squeezing the new born's beak) and pulled out some feathers. Then one teener tried to roll the eggs around. No harm done.
Finally mom and pop changed places and mom got to swim and drink. The teeners were a bit rough on the babies and eggs, but that must be nature.
