I beg to differ!

Top left is a photo of a poster (taken today) from our property let managers. The other three pictures (also all taken today) are examples of their disastrous professional work in the flat I rent out.

Top right is the kickboard which should perhaps have been sawn off before it reached the washing machine. Bottom left is a cupboard door to the boiler which they eventually got around to fitting, but which curiously self-opens at all times it isn't being held closed. Bottom right is our toilet in pieces.
