Persian Aubergine
Well here we go. What do we really eat? Everyday I hope we'll Blip a meal and see what we eat - not what we think we eat and maybe list the rest of the days food. A whole journal dediicated to Food Porn.
Dinner
So this evening it's ghorme sabzi with bademjan and steamed rice with tadiq - a Persian meal of green herb stew with roasted aubergine.
I can't imagine anyone not liking aubergine they look so good you just have to buy them, then learn how to cook them.
Breakfast
This mornings brunch was scrambled eggs with homemade ryebread and coffee.
