Walruses

... in acrylics.

This painting has been in my head for a couple of years. Last week, over several evenings, I finally put paint to canvas. Twas fun. First painting I've done for ages. Today the picture is the poem.

EDIT (26 MAY 2011) - as I found this little limerick had created itself in my head:

This painting's called WALRUS ON ICE.
It's done in acrylics - they're nice:
Neither thick, nor yet trickly,
They dry pretty quickly,
And colours mix well in a trice.
