Anybody else notice it was a wee bit drafty today?

This car was occupied when the tree came down. The owner explained how he was about to reverse into a spot, heard the cracking of the tree, then ducked down onto the passenger seat just as the roof caved in. Lucky guy.

He was laughing about it and took it in good stride. The parking wardens showed up and he got a kick out of asking them if he was going to get a ticket for being parked on a double-yellow. A good laugh was had by all, and nobody was hurt.

Edinburgh's winds are a force to be reckoned with.
