No More Rooms for Rent

Old hotel in Glouster, Ohio that I drive past on my way to the doctor's office. I've always been struck by the fact that it looks old and untouched, yet everything around it is still new. Heck, the new post office is across the street from the thing!

Once in Zanesville, i managed to stop next to the studio that created the sculpture sidewalk. Each sculpture was at least 6 feet tall and the horses were about 10 feet tall. My favorites:

She heard a scream to her left. The girl turned toward the sound and saw a little girl sitting on the rubber looking ready to cry. An older lady quickly scooped up the child before the sobs could become audible and began rocking the four-year-old back and forth. The little one was soon calmed and within three minutes, was back on the evil chain swing that had tossed her off, giggling as if she hadn't fallen at all. Like a goldfish, the girl thought. Like a goldfish.
