Honey bee bug

i packed 80 of these little beauties for a well known store in London today.. they are a milk chocolate shell, with a rich Honey milk chocolate ganache centre..
oooh they are yummy.. and thats from Me who doesnt like honey much..

Im also pleased to say that i have been offered the chance to train as a chocolatier at Lick the Spoon.

and today i got to help with the devilish enrober.. enrobing handmade Honeycomb in Milk chocolate..
it was a bit scary at first but with the help of Nina, another trainee chocolatier..i coped ok..
my face must have been a real picture, i could feel my concentration contorting my face...( made me remember how our Alex used to pull such funny faces as he played with water..)

anyway

im a very happy 'Trainee chocolatier' now x
