Help - what is this game?

Today's blip is a request for information - does anyone have any idea what this game is? It has pegs in red, yellow, blue, green and white. It may be South East Asian, but equally may not be. I work for a charity called the Leprosy Mission Scotland, and we got a consignment of goods from the Leprosy Mission trading company which included a variety of samples from producers around the world, and we think this game is one of them, but have no idea what it is or how you play it!
