A Sandwich Short of a Picnic

We had a blip meet for the Oxfam blipnic, we were in the peaceful grounds of Bradford Cathedral, surrounded by buckets full of historical architeture and heaps of greenery.

Lovely day and the sun shone throughout.
( We'll come on to the badly behaved wind later ) .

There was Wendy's World, Earthdreamer, Swargnog , a none Blip friend of mine, me and the girls and some rather scrummy food.

Pete and Bob cultured it up a bit by bringing Bradford sourced foods : seabrook crisps and onion bhaji sandwiches ( Bob, you know I didn't eat one earlier, could you post the left overs to me please? I am hungry now ! ) I forgot this local aspect and the only thing Bradfordian I took was my working knowledge of the local sexual health services to discuss with Bob ( always useful on a picnic ) . I feel I should qualify that this is because he works on our computer systems which I did not know, it's all very six degrees of separation on Blip!

We had a chat about how Blip unifies us and how there is usually always a coincidence and we know someone that someone else knows. How does this happen ? How many blippers are there out there in this big photo family and is it only a matter of time before we find a blipper in Peru that is our long lost brethren ?

Lovely couple of hours , Bob had been thinking about bringing wine , probably a good job he didn't as we couldn't stop talking as it was.

At one point I even remembered that I should also have been taking some photos! Most of the ones of the group picnic weren't particularly good and the wind kept blowing the Oxfam flag out of view.

So Wendy modelled the flag for us at the end
