Flash did fire

Easter means fire, and normally you don't flash into fire, that would be kinda pushing it. But the gentleman on the left and his wife (not so coincidentally my parents) bought us a Canon 580EX II flash... So it had to be a shot with flash....

Fill-flashing a person with fire-background gives a bit of a "photoshopped the man into the shot" effect, but i kinda like this shot.

Food for thought: It seems as though all the blue flames are gone from the shot. I was using RAW, and i don't think it's a whitebalance thing.. any thoughts?
