Meet the new additions!

Kensie horse seems quite happy to share his accomodation with these little squatters who shit leave poo in his water. Their mouths are open wide everytime they hear the slightest noise, presumably in anticipation of their parents coming back with their dinner.

The chicks of swallows hatch naked, generally with only a few tufts of down. The eyes are closed and don't open for 10 days. The feathers take a few days to begin to sprout, and the chicks are brooded by the parents until they are able to thermoregulate. They will be enticed out of the nest after three weeks.

A lot of swearing but good natured banter at the football training in the SUNSHINE tonight!
