Spiky Fruit

Had a rather adventurous time in the grocery store this week. I ran into an exotic fruit display and ended up buying a mango, some kumquats, and this horn melon. I'm very excited.

According to my research, horn melons are native to southern Africa. However, New Zealand and Israel are now the main producers of this fruit (at least in a commercial sense).
