My work here is done.....
My goodness have I had a busy day for a puppy like me.
First of all mum tidied up the front room from my fight with Ernie the Emu last night. Then when I wandered back in, Ernie was just sat there.....on MY furry beanbag...so I wrestled with him a bit more and left some more of his fluffy insides stuff all over the floor.
Mum came back in and just shook her head at me, then out came the hoover thing again. I HATE the hoover, I always give it a good woof and I try to eat the hosey snakey end thing when mum takes it off. So after the second time of clearing the front room mum put Ernie (or what was left of him!) away. Booo mum.
Then can you believe it, mum and daddy went out....they actually went out and left me in the kitchen. Ok, ok so I know I had had a lovely long walk with daddy this morning, whilst mum cleaned up, gave me a new bed and pinned my photo of Kai up (see yesterday's blip!) but honestly, how dare they go out and leave me!
When they got back an hour later I had the BIGGEST suprise, I had a new Ernie!! Well actually it wasn't Ernie, it was Monkey but they all taste the same to me! I was VERY excited and ran around and around with him in my mouth.
We all then had a really lovely walk in the woods. We saw lots of wildlife, I chased some squirrels (boy do they smell good!) and then we saw a deer! Mum grabbed me as it ran past really near us! Daddy went off into the woods and took some photos of it but the light wasn't great so they are a bit blurry. It was beautiful though. I would have liked to play with it.
When we got home Daddy was busy cooking tea and mum was in the garden so I thought I would "do some work" in the front room. I found Ernie and finished him off and then I made mincemeat of my new monkey. It took only a few minutes to get his squeaker out and scatter his fluffy insides everywhere. It is my FAVOURITE game after tug. I then found Mr Caterpiller (you can see him on the edge of the table) I chewed a couple more of his legs off just for good measure.
I was VERY tired after all that so then moved all the beanbags around until I found the best sleeping position in the sun. *Sigh* It was just bliss.
Mum's face wasn't too happy when she came in. She was only in the garden for 10 minutes she said.
Honestly, she really doesn't appreciate all the hard work I do sometimes. Hee hee!
Bye for now

I did miss of the gorgeous Bracken. He is a bit of a sunlover and very laid back.
and of course Brock. Who is very smart with his new collar don't you think?
