Still a bit chilly, but great day after the 24 rain yesterday. I went for my usual exploratory sunday walk today and managed to get a few lovely "springtime" shots up to the point when I realised that the cold I started to develop yesterday was getting to me pretty badly and it was better to make a move back home.

I've got a very runny nose now and my head feels all clogged and horrible, but I'm here with lots of fruit juices, paracetamol and all so I can fight it straight away (hopefully). I still wanted to make good use of the sunny day outside though, so with Lucy's help, I opened both the bottom bits of our HUGE windows in the living room. They are extremely heavy, but we managed :). Now I'm on my couch, looking at the river outside my window with the sun warming my feet....what more could a girl want on a lazy sunday afternoon (apart from wanting to be able to breathe through her nose again very soon!).

Better not to think about the weak ahead......
