the calm after the storm

30 minutes earlier this room was a moving mass of five year olds: darting, screaming, crying, bumping, fighting, dancing and generally having a ball.

Rudy's first 'big party' was bloody hard work, and if you're thinking about it - five year olds really enjoy wrapping each other up in toilet roll (hell, why wouldn't they?) otherwise known as 'the best mummy contest'.

Now, I am going out to a friends fortieth - so grown up party fun - I apologise in advance if I return and leave 'poetic' comments for y'all. Happy Saturday.
