Wharfedale Morning

Needs to be viewed large to do it justice.

Blipping while commuting seems to be the order of the day at the moment. All last week's Monday to Friday pictures were taken on my walk from the station at Shipley to the office. Yesterday's and today's were taken while cycling to the office from Ilkley. Breakout was taken from a spot just beside the Cow and Calf Hotel (which is the large building you can see top left in A Sense of Place). If you're clever you should just be able to identify the spot where that blip was taken!

This morning I decided to vary my route and went via Askwith and Otley. This shot was taken looking west back up Wharfedale in the direction of Ilkley. It was another exquisitely clear morning. No excuses for another landscape. This just looked too pretty to pass up!
