I wasn't sure what to Blip today - events in Oslo are like something out of a film.

I'm staying with friends in Stavanger and the atrocities that have happened in the Norwegian capital seem so surreal.

There's confusion about what's happening, and bewilderment that it could happen at all.

There's a strange atmosphere in the air, compared with that of the food festival yesterday.

The images shown on state TV are truly horrific.

It's even harder to contemplate something like this happening in somewhere like this.

So instead of looking to the darkness, hopefully something to make you smile a little - this is one of my friends' puppies.
