Low Tide
Right after I moved to this new flat, on my first morning run, I went along the waterfront to this spot. The tide was in and the water was very still, with beautiful reflections in the soft morning light. I wished so bad that I had my camera with me.
I finally got back there with my camera this evening, and it was also stunning, but in a very different way. With the tide out the reflection of the poles is not as obvious, but it more than makes up for it with the interesting snake-like streams in the mud.
I know I'll be coming back to this spot regularly to blip it at different tides and different lighting conditions. It's only about 10 minutes or less away by bike.
