A Picture of my feet

Yes I know it's not the most pretty picture but these have just survived their first official 10k road race! It was so hot there were several times I though I might just keel over and have a coronary. But survived it in 70 minutes (just behind the man who hadn't raced since his triple heart bypass!) which I'm quite happy with for a first timer. And being organised by Muller we got lots of free yoghurt.

Dog needs a wander now. Then I'm going on the hunt for beer (got to stock up on carbs you see for next weeks Manchester 10k).
