Carrie's Bacon Rolls

Not much blip time today. Quite a relief just to be relaxed about the whole thing and back to normal rubbishy blip mode, with very little effort.

A game of squash with Nick. Carrie, in the bar, made us two fantastic bacon rolls each (fully customised) and a couple of pints of IPA. - Excercise compensation food... 20 calories burned, 500 (or more) consumed.

Carrie is actually smaller than a bacon roll, but just about as tasty. ;o)
