Appreciation
The beautiful card in the background was painted for me by , one of my clients
'thank you for finding my college course' was his messge.
I am very touched by this gesture of real appreciation.
Chocolate hazelnut biscuits
100 g butter
100 g caster sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1 egg
175 g plain flour
75 g ground hazelnuts
- Cream butter ,cocoa and sugar together
- Add beaten egg
- Mix in flour and ground hazelnuts
- Knead until firm
- Refrigerate for 15 min
- roll out to approx. .5cm thick and cut out with cutter or roll into marble sized balls and flatten
- Bake in oven pre-heated to 180º for 10-15 min .
