Helmet

I spent the day building a waste water pumping station in our house. Pretty sick really. Luckily for the neighbours it was just a virtual pumping station, using several computers. I needed to simulate a couple of things that the local council really wouldn't want to me try with the real thing.

I only left the house to take Cousteau for a run so was a bit desperate for a blip. Since I haven't managed to get out on the bike for a few days I thought I'd blip my helmet.

It is really shiny and very hard to photo without getting things reflected in it. Does anybody have any advice on how to photograph a shiny helmet?
