Uh oh, I've started in on just about every room at once! Oh but the rewards are immediate: tunes cranked; bottomless coffee and fresh blueberries with yogurt (sweet fancy moses that's delicious!); and erasing years of tenants' very bad paint jobs.


*ooh terrible hair day. With all the chaos in this place, I'm basically living out of my furnace room.
