Selfportrait Mondays 24::52 & Shutter time

My daughter was to hold a little talk in her classroom. She was quite determined to talk about camera's. She's 7, so she needed quite some help from me. I did try her to get her to an easier subject, but perhaps not too hard ;)

So to demonstrate why people look so serious on old photographs, where they had to sit still for perhaps 30 minutes, and to explain what shutter time does, we took this picture. Not really 30 minutes, but 30 seconds. Still I look pretty serious. She BTW was waving her arms and doing "disco, disco"
