Clean Wet Dog

It has been fun having a doggy guest staying with us over the last few days. Ronnie, a Wheaten Terrier, has been staying for a few days while his owners had a relaxing weekend in Hanmer. We took the boys for a mountain bike ride this morning where they both managed to get very wet and very dirty. Cousteau was overdue for a wash so when Ronnie went home Barking pounced.

Cousteau hates being washed but he tends to just stand there looking miserable while you soap him up. Towelling him dry is another matter though, he thinks that is a game made especially for him, he constantly tries to grab the towel as you dry him.

Bags are packed, just a few jobs to do before heading off to Oz tomorrow. I'm not sure whether I will have internet access once I leave New Zealand. So will probably blip from the airport tomorrow.
