rose & rose

had originally intended to do a cleaning-related blip, cos that's what i need to do before work as i've a friend coming to stay tomorrow and the place is dusty and needs a right good hoover. then i wandered into the yard to see the damage from last night's rain and spotted this instead. (it's actually a dark red rose, any tips on how to make it red in pix welcome!). pretty, no? also, my pal's surname is rose, so it's still relevent...

right, enough procrastinating!
