Queen Anne's Lace
this is one of our most beautiful wildflowers in its early stage of blooming. it is also called wild carrot. its roots can be eaten at an early stage and its crushed seeds have been used throughout history for birth control. it is not recommended that you ingest it because it bears a close resemblence to the very posionous water hemlock.
