There are over 200 species of this cacti,
the reason for this is they cross-breed readily.
They are used for medicine, dyes,
food, and intoxicants.
A very prickly desert plant.
As you can see it has large spines, but
it is also covered with small hair like stickers.
Just by brushing up against it you can get hundreds
of the irritating little hairs in you or your clothing.
Trouble is, you can barely see them to remove them.
Scotch tape is the best way to get rid of the hairs.
And that's not fun either!
