today i went to tour a german brewery with danny, nick, kevin, and kevin's friend sarah. it was an excellent tour; we learned a lot about the brewing process, and at the end, we got to taste! this particular photo is of the bottling room, where old bottles are washed and reused (germany is very good about recycling). it was probably the coolest place on the tour, if only because most of the beer-making happens inside of large vats, so you can't really see too much of it from the outside.
