Kyoto - First Impressions

The first temple we visited had real Japanese school girls walking around. It's a funny stereotype isn't it? Reminded me of my own senior high school uniform... not very exciting at all!

First impression of Kyoto - extremely green, cute and neat. All the cars, buildings, objects (and people) are small and square shaped (that doesn't apply to the people).

I'm so glad it's summer here, a very refreshing break from my three-winters-in-a-row! But later I would be almost eaten alive by mosquitoes. Still, that's the only drawback of summer.
