After 8 very long days I get a day off work. Phew! Been really busy and not a lot of time to blip this week. But one good thing, I handed my notice in this week - at last - so only 3 weeks to go before I go back to part-time working - yipee!

Today was a good day. Was my neice Isabella's 4th birthday, so I had the family over for dinner, balloons, cakes, party hats etc. Sun was shining for most of the day, and was warm, so decided to barbeque. Lit the barbeque - then it poured down! So we cooked under an umbrellla, ella ,ella tonight!

This is not the best picture ever taken, and is slightly blurry around the edges. But I sums up today beautifully. Happy smiles, silly faces, nothing's perfect, but we know what matters and we'll look back at this moment and laugh.
