Light from darkness

Thought today's blip would be about something completely different and darker. Even had the picture for it. But by the end of the day, was appreciating the magic of possibilities.
Road trip.
Random encounters. Moving, disturbing, sad, beautiful, funny. People and places that made you think, and made you appreciate life. And also the sheer beauty, surrealness and richness of experience possible when your eyes, mind and heart are open.
Looking back, remembering then, who would have thought that there would be so much to savour in the future.
