This is one weird diptych...

...but since I'm trying to describe our days at sea, I might as well add multiple objects to my blips at times :)

This here is
ONE: the amazing sky I noticed in the morning
TWO: David (aka BushDave) showing off his pannacotta with blueberry sauce - which is actually a leftover from the day before.

When we're at sea we take turns cooking for the 35 of us. During the week you have one full day of kitchen duty. Mine was yesterday (Tuesday) together with A-C and Caroline, and we're the ones responsible for making that pannacotta (all thanks to one of the crew - there's three of them that comes with the boat so to speak - who's a chef at a really nice restaurant and likes to bring stuff like cream, 10 kg of frozen berries, equal amounts of chocolate and tonnes of ice cream and cakes onboard :) Ain't he a darling? :D)
