Yoga Bear

Another beautiful day in Portland. We decided to visit the Zoo, where all the wild things are (well, sort of wild). There was too much direct sun light for any decent pictures to be taken. However, at the polar bear enclosure the sun popped behind a large diffuser, eh sorry, I mean cloud, so this one was salvageable. Here you can see what happens when the sun comes out again.

I transferred Addie from the clinic, where she was operated on, over to our veternarian. She still needs care and so will be staying there tonight. Hopefully we'll have her home tomorrow. She was out of it when I picked her up for the transfer and she has some pretty serious stitches (American: sutures) down her mid section. She's going to be one unhappy camper when the painkillers wear off.
