permission to swear?

So today i spent my day in hospital, after coming worse off on the rather large coombe hill DH step down. My helemt cracked along the bottom as my head hit the deck resulting in the strap holding it on coming off and losing my helmet, face grindin the floor, then smashing my ribs into rocks.

3 Xrays later, a broken nose, bruised ribs and an extremely bad neck left me with this to blip, obviously after mopping up a few litres of blood....

i wont go into details.

got to go to a 'face clinic' on monday for my nose, they think their going to have to operate - bugger.
