Moonlit mountain

The cloud broke over Mount Taranaki late this evening and the snowy slopes glowed in the moonlight.

This 5 minute exposure shows the stars moving slowly across the night sky. It always amazes me how much distance we [Earth] rotate in just a few minutes.
