These were being handed out at work today as part of 'Alcohol Awareness Week'. They have measures for spirits and wine marked on them..
The girl that was at the stand said that it would be best if you had at least two days a week when you don't have a drink... I laughed.. I have about two days a month where I actually do have a drink...
