London day 1

First day in London. We got to the hotel just after eleven but couldn't check in until two. We ended up leaving the cases with the concierge and went for a wander round the shops then stopped in a place called Soba on Soho Street which had been recommended to us. It was well worth a visit, a bit like Wagamamas but less of a chain feel to it. Awfully nice food too. This is Maddy enjoying her lunch there.

After lunch we headed back and checked in properly tehn wandered up to Madame Tussauds to cash in out Tesco vouchers for an annual Merlin Entertainment pass each. Since we were up there we had a wander round tussauds to then back down for dinner at the Indian next to the hotel and a very early night after our early start.
