National Day

Today is a National day for Greece. In 1940 Italy attacked Greece an that was the beginning of second world war for my country. As a custom, there are parades all over the country to honour all these people who fighted for freedom. Military parades and school parades like the one you see in the picture.

Thank God from my generation and onwards there is no war for Greece. Unfortunately other people are not so lucky.
