it was an interesting (long) day. i went to sleep at 4am, woke up at 7. substitute professor didn't show up for my exam, so i didn't take it until 2pm... when i was really hoping to be asleep. go to hear stuart hall speak for the first time in three years - lovely evening.

i started a new journal today. oh happy day.

i have just been thinking about how content i am to be in texas. so close to my friends. and making new ones. great beginnings.
i'm planning a great road trip around texas... also hoping to go camping in west texas for two weeks over new year's.

and the song i've been playing on repeat for the past few days is lovers in japan which (according to mary caroline) is available FREE on itunes - the music video anyway.
