You want to put what in it??!

My son had food tech today and told me last night that he needed "stuff" to make pizza.

I didn't think it would be too difficult to come up with the flour, cheese and tomato puree, but wasn't counting on the last ingredient....

Ah well, pizza just isn't pizza without the smoked haddock!

I'll let you know what it tastes like tomorrow!

EDIT* I've had some of this tonight and it tasted gorgeous!! It's up there with his cheese bacon and hot dog quiche!
