Eastbourne pier

Had a great morning by the sea side together with all the strolling old people here! Eastbourne seems like one big old people's home...it came to my mind that a chap down in the deep 70ies did a song which I think was called "Eastbourne ladies" - was his name maybe Kevin Coyne or something!?

It went well with the thesis in the afternoon and the doctoral candidate got his PhD, and I was driven back to Heathrow by a very nice cab driver originating from Scotland who had better check on Swedish pro fotball players in England than I did!
