3rd Pitch, The White Line (III), Ben Nevis

The forecast was right - a beautiful day and perfect climbing conditions. A very long day and hard work though - left the car just after 4am, and got back to it at 7.30pm. Did two routes, eight hours of climbing, and the rest was walking to and from - I always forget how big Ben Nevis is. We took a 'variation' (ahem) of The White Line which made it about 2 pitches longer and quite a bit harder than it should have been.

Calf muscles are now suffering...

Spoilt for choice for blips - lots of great views, mountains, snow, ice, cliffs and sunsets, but I thought I would pick one of the actual climbing.
