Migrane ...

Great start to the day, mid wales with a client i have known for years and always have a good laugh with.

Then lunchtime a headache that had been nagging away turned into a migrane. People often ask what its like, its like this. There is pressure wrapping round my head, feeling like its pulsing, pulling tighter & tighter, then i see flashes out the corner of my eye, then vision goes goes blurred.

This one lasted until late into the night until they inevitably get so bad i throw up, then it all starts to lift.

Bloody horrible.
