99 bottles of beer
I recently decided to learn to brew Bavarian style Hefe-Weizen at home. After a few hundred pages of theory, I am now in the progress of brewing my first batch. Today was the bottling day.
I tasted the beer before bottling and it actually tasted pretty good. Well, as good as uncarbonated beer can taste, but anyway. A bit like Ayinger Ur-Weisse. Keeping fingers crossed that the carbonation goes well. We'll find out in two weeks.
