There's naan better!

Went on a 'Food Walk of Southall' today. It was very interesting and enjoyable, we learnt about Indian cooking, Indian ingredients, dance, culture and sampled the street traders wares en route.

This is a guy making naan bread and cooking it in the tandoor. We sampled some hot from the oven -delicious! Not so delicious was the 'paan', a betel leaf stuffed with spices and rose jam - an acquired taste!
