Felt heaps better today after a proper nights' kip, so back in work for me. My insides are still going flippetyflip, but nothing as drastic as 24hrs before.

Came across a bowlfull of these little fellows in the office upstairs: dried figs from Quatar, brought back by Tony the Italian from his recent holiday. Very tasty I have to say, although I only had the one given my recent bought of the runs. Looks a little bit like an evil pac-man to me, hence this quick set-up on the living room windowsill...
